Long story short im stuck with a set of tires that I'm not that happy with. theyre a little to big and they rub what is the best way to go about either cutting the plastic wheel housing or would raising the front end up enough with the torsion bars followed by an alignment of course...

I would think the alignment shop would be able to torque up the suspension to raise the front.

there is a write up I saw yesterday

raise the keys you should get about an inch.
make sure you measure before during and after to make sure your even on both sides.
measure from the center of the center cap to the bottom of the fender.
hope this helps.
