So with new aftermarket wheels you can still retain your sensors correct? are these sensors labeled for predetermined positions, is there anything that needs to be done when having all this done that a basic shop can't do or I would need to tell them?

they unscrew out of your factory tires and screw into your new tires. most tire shops have a tool/computer thing that will allow the tire to sync with your car.. OR they will manually sync the tire to your car using your factory remote control. the car figures out which tire is where.

to manually do this, turn the car to the on position without starting the engine, press both unlock and lock on the factory remote. i think the horn beeps. then start DEFLATING the driver side front tire. after horn beeps, run to the passenger side front tire and deflate that, then rear passenger tire, the rear driver side tire. after all that the horn should beep 2 and your car should recognize where the tire sensors are.

BTW, you can do this with the engine running. When I did it without the engine, it killed my stock battery.
