Tire rack question

Okay I want to remove the interior tire rack in the 2 door Tahoe and I was wondering if anyone else has done this and had a clean look to cover the holes up.

I'm looking into getting a swing bumper for mine. An I was ganna just put the bolts back in the holes or putty them.

I still have the bracket on tho. If your never going to use the holes again. Seal them up
