Hi, I've acquired my brother's car 09' Tahoe and was a bit curious about the wheel/tire option he chose. He's running 26" Lexani LSS-9. DCENTI D9000 305/35 in the Rear and 305/30 in the front. On turns I will get a little rubbing and on small dip turns I always get rubbing. The rear wheels show wear on the car from rubbing against the plastic cover behind it. Not an expert on this trucks, so looking for some insight. My idea was to throw some spacers on to solve the problem. Wondering if that's the right way to go.

I say no to spacers!.. It is a comman problem with 26's you will get rubbing especially on 305. I have rubbing also on 305/30/26 to but also I am lowered. But still stock height you will get rubbing on 26's especially on full lock on turning. Usually 295 help better.

I am shopping around for 22's but also thinking about 24's and wanted to use this thread (since it's about rubbing) to avoid rubbing at all costs as I am looking for a fat tire to fill the wheel well. I am not a big fan of SUV's having big rims and skinny tires, any suggestions on what to go with?
