So the top of the tires are leaning in toward the truck?

Toe is the difference between the centerline of the front and rear of the tire.

When looking at it from the TOP of the truck:

/ \ = toe In

| | = 0 toe

\ / = toe out

You are thinking camber, which would be seen if you are looking at the truck from the front.

Here's a helpful link: http://www.stockcarracing.com/tipstricks/camber_caster_toe_setup/index.html

Either way, after any front end work it's always best to get an alignment. After my drop my camber was visually way off.

They are supposed to be towed in ... when you go down the highway the force of driving down the road will push the leading edge out a lil and they should ride pretty much straight. Any alignment shop I've been to gives a print out, did you get one of those?? Are you wiping out the edge of the tire??

Wearing bad on the inside is a toe out issue or too much negative camber (upper part of the control arm leaning in to much). They should have given you a print out at the very least ... probably showing before and afters. :|
