tires what size

i have a stock 1996 2door tahoe , with 285/75/16 ,i am about to put a 3" body lift on it will 315/75/16 fit my stock rims and fit the truck ok , anyone know or done it

that is a 34.6 x 12.4 inch tire is it 4wd or 2wd i am assuming 4wd if so crank the torsion bars up as well i see a couple guys on here running similar setups might need some trimming as well
