No offense to anyone.. but JKs truck is like a "How-To" guide on making a sick NBS truck.. so when he got nominated i had to take a deep breath before inserting him into this running because i didnt want this to be a big tug fest of all of us re-iterating how well he has done with his ride.
But i dont think anyone can argue , that in the closest margin i have personally seen cory definitely did his ride justice and got exactly what he deserves.
This..... Is truelly a sick sick ride...
So Just so everyone knows.. THIS .. is what it took to take JK in totm this month:
2003 CHEVY TAHOE FULL 2002 SILVERADO 2500HD FRONT CLIP
5.3 FULL K&N CAI
HYPERTECH PROGRAMMER 3
SLP HIGH FLOW CATS /SLP BULLET MUFFLER /CORSA TIPS
6.0 INTAKE COVER 6.0 INTAKE AND COILS AND WIRES AND 6.0 CAM
3 INCH LOWER CONTROL ARMS WITH DECRANKED 2500HD TORSION KEYS
DJM 5 INCH DROP REAR AND CUSTOM MADE DROP SPRINGS 8 INCH DROP AIR SHOCKS C-NOTCHED
DEBADGED AND DEWIPERED (NO WIPERS FRONT OR REAR)
LED TAIL LIGHTS SMD LICENSE PLATE LIGHTS 6K HIDS HIGH AND LOW AND 3K HIDS FOGS
DENALI INSTURMENT CLUSTER WITH RST CLUSTER OVERLAY
FULL INTERIOR NEXT MONTH AND THEN FULL 6.2 MOTOR BUILD
Hey.. Im just saying it seems like a relatively simple list of parts, but put together the way it is, the execution is Great, its just proof that a 10 year old truck with a good combination of essentials, is still something that will not just turn heads , but break necks, when you see it rolling.
And once again.. in what seems to be a common trend lately.. this dude is barely old enough to freaking drink!!! Hell he sent me his parts list with the freaking caps locks on! So after looking at what he has done with the limited experience and the finances of a college kid, can you imagine what this dude is gonna be cranking out in the next few years?!
