Tow/Haul Mode

My tow/haul mode will not engauge anymore. The light on the dash will not light up and the tranny does change. I was wondering if possibly a fuse could have blow.

That seems to be a common problem on these trucks, The problem usually is a wire that connects the tow/haul button comes apart and you just have to find it behind the dash and reconnect it. There`s a few write ups on how to fix it but i cant find them.

ok thanks i will look into it but i also meant that the tranny would not change

That was happening on my dads 02 suburban...then the 4x4 wouldn't engage either. It wound up being a bad module.
