Yeah...Imma callin BS on that. I just went back through what you posted and you were basically being an ass on the road.
Your ruptures tire was no where to be mentioned in that situation.

the tire had a sidewall patch (the tire was put on so it was not visible but it did had a constant vibration issue while driving above a certain speed) so it ether go 50 or 80mph


it does not matter anyway the minimum speed is only 45 in this state..

not me , the dealer did , they put that set of tires on it, they hid it by putting it on the inner part of the tire (the part you don't see from the street)
