Towing Mileage

I have a 08 Tahoe 4x4 with 3.73s and tow package and will be moving back to Alaska. I am trying to figure out an estimate of my mileage towing so I can plan fuel stops. I will be towing my 05 Honda Civic (2800 lbs) on a tow dolly and was interested in seeing if anyone has similar towing and mileage experience. Thanks

Surprised no one has towed anything around this weight with their Tahoe. I have seen online stories of folks towing quite a bit more but it doesn't help for what I'm towing
