Anybody have any experience towing with a supercharger? I have a 04 Tahoe Z71 5.3 flex. I tow a travel trailer that loaded will be about 7k or less. It pulls good now, but I'm looking for more low end grunt and dont have the $$$$ for a diesel at this time. Will it have cooling issues with the SC? Can the stock 4L60E and 10 bolt handle the added stress?

We towed/tow with a supercharged vehicle all the time, no issues, so long as you know when to get in it, and when to take it easy.

I had a 2004 Z71 Tahoe, with a Radix/LTs/cam. I did upgrade the transmission cooler to a B&M, but ran the stock Magnusen intercooler. Never an issue, and towed like a champ.

you should actually have yer vehicle dynod because yer probably pushing the liimits of your stock 4l60E because i think there good up to about 350 hp and a 5.3 stock is about 320 then throw in a supercharger yer well over 400hp i think you at least need to convert it to a 4l65E
for wieght as long as you dont go much above 7000 lbs you should be fine there is notthing wrong with towing with forced induction diesels are towing machines and they are all turbocharged

My transmission held up just fine. My only upgrade, was a Vette servo.

Will help towing and great power! Just know when to mash it by rolling into the throttle while in a gear then letting up while shifting to reduce line pressure

Towing would be the least of my worries. Throwing 12lbs of boost, would cause much more strain on the transmission. The towing rating is not just for the transmission, it is for all other components as well (ie. Brakes, steering, etc)
