Because there is a specific sequence to calibrate them, that would indicate that each sensor is now calibrated to a specific location. If the wheels are then swapped front to rear, the sensors would still work but the location of the tire would be indicated wrong? Yesterday I had a low "right front" indication. I pulled into my friends garage and he checked the pressure while i was still sitting in the running truck. He said it was fine. He then went to the "right rear" wheel and checked it and it was low. As he started putting air in, I watched the digital pressure reading going up on the "right front" position. Anyone else ever notice this.

ya mine are all whacked out as well, there is a way to relearn the locations, but i haven't taken time to figure it out, if someone who knows the way chimes in I'll have to fix mine too.

Yes, a tire rotation will cause this. After each tire rotation, you are supposed to "relearn" the positions. Instructions are in your owner's manual, but basically, using the DIC, get the "Relearn Tire Position" up and hold the check button until the horn beeps twice.

Then add or let out air from each tire till the horn beeps once, but in this order:
driver's front
pass front
pass rear
driver's rear (if successful, you will get 2 beeps here to indicate a full reset).

The problem, is that you have only 5 minutes and I could never get is reset in time. Fortunately, my friend has the reset tool. Same procedure, except instead of adding or letting out air, you hold the tool against the sidewall, near the valve and press a button, usually get a horn beep within 10 seconds.
