I'm plucking and chucking parts following an engine swap but cannot locate the proper signal voltage for the TPS at idle. I get the 5v reference voltage and a smooth transition through the response range but cannot find what the proper signal voltage should be when idling. I'm reading .647v at idle when grounded to the firewall and .667v when grounded to the battery. I get a steady idle but it maintains a low RPM so I'm thinking that may be the issue. Thanks! (The IAC and MAF were just replaced and EGR cleaned)

It idles at 500-550 when COLD and lower when warm. Activating the AC lowers the RPM further to the point of causing a rough vibration. The start up issues and rough idle I had posted about previously were due to a fuel pressure regulator valve that decided to fail at the same time of the engine swap. (Go figure) The idle is steady now and the dealer said normal idle should be close to 700. There is a rough gurgle on start up occasionally which I think may be a fuel injector issue.
