I have a 2004 Yukon. Where the wires go into the male part of the trailer plug, I must have a loose ground or something. The problem is, there is no way I can find to get inside the plug. The wires go directly into it and it does not come apart. I have cleaned off all the corosion on the contacts. The only way I can get the running and brake lights to work at the same time is to bend all the wires at the base of the plug to where I guess I get a good ground connection. Is there a way to replace this plug with one that I can access the wire connections?
