I've seen and read that to check the transmission fluid you're supposed to get the truck to operating temperature for the hot level check, So I drove my truck for about 10 miles and the motor was at 210 degrees (operating temperature)and after the drive I park the yukon while it idles and cycle through the gears then return to park, and go to check the transmission level the fluid doesn't even show up on the dipstick, what am I doing wrong and is there a better process for check the fluid when its hot?

If you drove the truck and the fluid isn't on the stick then that may mean you need fluid...Just saying.

Depending on how many miles you have you may just change it. Hopefully someone didn't switch dipsticks on it. Make sure you have one that is long to reach the transmission.
Just add a little bit of fluid until you are at a good level. Worse case scenario you put too much in and have to drain a bit out. Don't drive your vehicle around if there's a chance your fluid is low.
