I have had new struts, shocks, sway bar links, and a 2/4 drop kit for weeks waiting to get installed. So today I took my tahoe to my friends shop an hour away.

Put all the parts on the table and did quick inventory and everything seemed good. Took apart the front passenger side and went to grab the new drop spindle and then I realized they sent 2 driver side spindles. :wtf: So I called where I got them from and they next day air me another one to the shop. So I told them to just press on and do everything else so tomorrow just the spindle is left. So then my wife had to drive an hour to come get me and then take me back tomorrow.

The sad part is I got almost 25 packages in a matter of three days of car parts and for my entrance and went through every single box except the spindles. I opened that box and saw 2 spindles and didn't even look at them again.

What a great Monday. Lesson learned the hard way, always check every item in every box.

They sent it next day but not am delivery so the parts got there at 4pm. So still no Tahoe. So they are putting the spindle on first thing in the morning then I have to get a ride to the shop and take it to get aligned 30 mins away.

Ended up re-doing the rear drop. I put in 2in spacers under the rear springs and did the free travel mod. So I have
FRONT:
new ac delco struts
belltech drop spindles

REAR:
belltech lowering springs with 2in spacer
shock relocators
djm end links
new ac delco shocks
energy suspension bump stops

Now it rides as good if not better than it did before I lowered and the wife loves it. It actually made it alot easier to put the kids (2yr old & 6 month old) in being lowered. Now that the suspension is done, just have to put the LS2 in it and get some new wheels.
