Troubleshooting 2002 4wd system

Hi guys,

Getting ready to repair my 4wd system, but need advice on good troubleshooting! My transfer case is stuck engaged as the front driveshaft turns all the time with the car in 2wd. No error codes.

Is it just the encoder motor?, fuse?, tccm?
