I'm pushing the 100,000 mile mark on my 2005 Yukon Denali.

I'm wondering if anyone on here has any suggestions on what I should get done tune-up or service wise at the Dealer? Or, if I should even bother and do it myself; as far as changing out the sparkplugs, wires, etc.

Top end cleaning? Do they do any ECM resets or calibration at the dealer?

I already had the transmission and drivetrain serviced.
