Turbo build

Well I finally started to source parts for my turbo build. Going with a front mount kit from KB Racing, turbo is from Turbonetics and is a 76mm ball bearing T4 flange and a .81 a/r, wastegate and bov are going to be from Tial or Turbonetics and fmic will be a Spearco 27x12x3 with 3" in/out.
The plan is to get this up and running by December, all depends on when all the parts arrive and when I will have time to get it done. I will update this thread with any progress.

Felix, yes it is going on the Tahoe, as far as horsepower I plan on keeping it fairly tame at 7-8lbs. of boost for a while...should add an easy 100+ hp.

If you ever decide you want more boost I recommend looking into cams. HotRod mag did an excellent article on turbocharging a 5.3 back in April.
