Turn signal clicks but doesn’t flash

The turn signal on right side clicks but doesn’t light up on dash. The signals on outside all work and the mirror works. I just had the cluster rebuilt with new lights and motors installed in it but apparently it isn’t a bulb. I’m not sure what I need to check here if someone could help me out that would be great. It’s a 2004 Z71. Thanks

I'd look at the bulb again. Anything else you start to diag is going to get REALLLLLY deep in electrical. It would be a real pain to go hunting around the problem

Strip the cluster, toss it back in, put on your turn signal, put a multi meter on the leads to the bulb and see if you're getting power/ground to it

Took it back to the place that did it and they installed a new bulb and it fixed it. Thanks
