As you guys have read in my other thread...... I had a dash crack and it got fixed..... Thank God.

Then I started thinking about ALL the things I have had done under warranty....

I have had been to the dealer for.

* Bad Wheel bearing on front left.

* Oil pan leak.

* Rear end Pinion seal leak.

* Airbag light on (been there Many time for this)

* Rear lift gate struts replaced.

* AC actuator reprogram.

* And my dash.

Is this Normal or Too Much....

What have you guys had done on the NNBS?

How many miles on your truck? I would say it is normal for some drivers, maybe not for others. Certainly depends on how you have driven your truck. My truck is at 101,*** miles. And I have had a ton of things happen:

-Dash Crack

:think:Hmmmm, well I guess that isn't a lot. Just goes to show how different trucks can be.

Mine is around 60,000 now.

I guess it is normal.:rolleyes:

I had about the same amount of work done to the Mrs.'s Burb currently sitting at 68K. I would say that it seems somewhat normal to an NNBS Truck.

However, I feel that the NBS trucks are put together way better with higher quality standards, as I have NO ISSUES at all other then normal maintenance on my '06 YUKON.

You gotta love having the warranty to be able to get the items fixed or replaced.
I feel for the ones with out it.

wow don't like reading these things. I am really considering a new denali tahoe, but last 5 vehicles have been Toyatas, and never had to do anything but gas, oil, and tires... Never needed to take any of them to the dealership for anything.. I guess what is to be taken from this, is gmc covers the majority of things on the warranty? What happens if in 3 years my door locks stop working, at 60K miles, covered?

Just go take a tour of your local GM dealers service dept. The new vehicle's have so many bells and whistles that you need to have the most warranty coverage you can afford so you are not stuck with the bill.

^^^^^^^^ That.

When I walked back to my truck in the bay, I saw Sooooooo many Tahoes and trucks back there being worked on.

Let's say there were like 20 bays, 14 were packing a GMT 400,800, or 900.
