Underbody Rust

Hello everyone.
I know you all probably get a lot of these. Sorry for my ignorance. I admit I have no idea what I'm looking at. I'm from NC and thinking of purchasing an 08 Yukon that has spent a majority of its life in Ohio. I took a few pictures of underneath. Can someone tell me if this is bad rust in the wrong places or expected and shouldn't be a huge deal? The rest of the vehicle looks great. 78k miles.

That's not bad at all, the frame can easily cleaned up and painted

These frames love to rust. I bet if you look under your spare tire it's worse. Don't let it discourage you. Some paint and lots of prep will stop all rust.

Every car around me will have those same rust spots...don't worry.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll be purchasing it if I can find out for sure if it has the tranny cooler.
