Upgrading a 2010 PPV

Hey guys, I'm new to this form, but I need some advice! I am very close to purchasing a 2010 Tahoe PPV from the vol. fire dept I am a part of. I am needing advice on what all I should modify on it. I am thinking of adding the NAV touch screen radio (oem) instead of the factory LS radio and taking off the LS trim and adding the trim that comes with the LTZ civilian tahoe. What else should I add to it? What should I avoid? Thank yo

Well what are your goals with the vehicle?

The goal for this vehicle is for it to be my daily driver along with my POV response vehicle for the Vol FD I'm a part of. I would like it to run for a little while longer. Be a little more "nicer" on the inside ie: a little more luxurious, nothing crazy.

I haven't pulled the trigger yet, but the reviews here are what have me shopping for an Android head unit for my SSV.

Search the forum here, and then hit Amazon for Tahoe Android, and check out some YouTube reviews. You get a lot for $200=$300.
