Upper A-Arm bushings removal

OK got my drop kit and about 1/8th the way into this. (broke upper a-arm bolt) I need help in getting the stock bushings out to put in the camber adjusted bushings. torch? sledge? press?

I found out what worked for me. First you need to pop off the inner ring of each mount. It will expose the rubber isolator. Then grab a torch and proceed to set it on fire! Seriously let it burn to the point that the rubber isolator is easily pushed out of outer metal part of the bushing. Lastly. I took a saws all and made a small lateral cut on the metal sleeve to give a gap and loosen the tension of the bushing. Gotta be careful not to cut into the a arm! The a simple whack with a hammer and screwdriver will pop out the remaining sleeve. One I figured this out it only takes about 5 mins per bushing.


Now to press the new ones in.
