Upper Console Removal

I am looking to pull down my upper console (you know, where the lights/homelink/sunroof/backseat switches are)...

I do not want to just pull on it without knowing what is holding it up for obvious reasons. Spring clips? Screws? Anyone know??

They are retainer clips, and 2 torx screws. You take off the plastic light cover and then remove the 2 screws, then it just pops off.
