Upper Control Arm Cam Bolt Stuck!!!!!

Im trying to replace the upper control arms on my 2008 Tahoe LTZ 4x4 5.3L.
The cam bolts dont wanna budge.
After lots of heat, leverage and some penetrating oil, I got one lose, but the nut on the front bolt broke.
I tired using a punch on the one that has been broken off, but it wont budge.
I started working on the other one, but same thing, I cant get it to budge.
I have use oxy/ace heat which got the bolt red hot and used an air chisel, but the bolts wont even budge.
Anyone have any ideas?

Cut the head of the bolts off and go get a replacement. Might be some fighting but you should be able to get the old control arm out with what's left of the old bolt stuck in it

What a nightmare. I started working on the issue before I was able to check back here. The job is done!
Two hours of cutting and pounding I was able to get the new UPA on.
Bad news, the noise I thought I was gonna get rid of, is still there...

Np there are several vehicles with similar issues with the alignment cam bolts.

Those things are a pain. I broke two of them, one on each side on my 07. That's the first time I'd ever had that problem. My older vehicles didn't have seized UCA bolts. Makes me wonder if GM cut some corners during their bankruptcy years. I know my 07 has more rust underneath than my 05 did.
