USB & Bluetooth devices

My infotainment system won't connect with either bluetooth or USB. USB connects then drops. Bluetooth messages incompatibility, although my device sees MyGMC. Anybody know if a compatible MP3 player. Can't find one that vlaims USB MSC compatible.

Tested about a dozen Mp3 devices to find one that connected, but only via bluetooth (no usb). Works fone. Not sure what the use of usb ports might be other than charging.
