Used NNBS rattle in hatch area: Wheel Blocks

i put this in an answer to another thread, but it annoyed me enough to deserve it's own thread.
i am tired of the rear end clanking over sharp bumps (impart enough upward impact to jounce them around)

pull the jack cover out, and look in there. my SUV was used, and had two tire chocks in there, and there were rattling ALL OVER back there.

they are light & "rattly"

I wrapped one in a towel, put the other one on it, then wrapped it in the rest of the towel, and put some masking tape over the towel, put the whole thing in bubble wrap, and put masking tape on that.

The previous owner must not have put them back in right. I have not noticed the rattle yet even with my 600 watts sub woofer right beside it. Thanks for the heads up though because one day it may start making noise.

Yeah those things are held on tight. But thanks for the heads up. My truck had a rattle on the rear when first bought but it was on the opposite side. Took it too the deaker and I dont know what they did, but it wasnt there when I got it back.

If they aren't screwed down correctly and put back in correctly, they rattle. Figured this out last week
