Vanity Mirror Lights

Looking at the 2 lights, to either side of the visor mirrors, can anyone tell me what size bulbs these are? They are simply labled 14v .1amp-cml.

Looking to replace these with LEDs but unsure the size.

Checked Sylvania and simply dont see where these are listed under a 2004 Chevy Tahoe.

hello, can you post a photo/ Is it a wedge bulb? if so, I think it's a T1 3/4 size bulb. It's a 12 volt lamp.

Haha, i just posted about these in another thread....I just don't know of anyone who has actually done the swap. From what i remember when i looked the other day they may be festoon bulbs but they're tiny....

I just changed mine to blue LEDs today. The name of them actually are vanity lights. I got mine from v-leds.com. Just do a search for vanity lights and there you go.

to find bulb size I usually go to sylvania and use their bulb guide:

From what I've seen the typical 168 wedge type bulb fits in there.

They are blue, but waiting on night time to see how bright they are. I've changed my dome and map lights to blue leds and they are very bright. I also rewired my dome light to also turn on the map lights when the door is open so that adds to the light.

168 isn't the correct size, the size if just vanity. There is no number corresponding to it.

Found what I needed... or at least what I am going to try.
the Vanity lights from V-leds.

For a while I thought the only option I had were the PUTCO ones ($24+ each?!?!) I'm willing to try the 4.99 ones 1st

For a 2004 they are not 168 bulbs... nor does Sylvania list the size for them (at least when I select 2004 chevy tahoe). The site is handy as hell for all others... just not this time

I just pulled the trigger on four vanity lights in 6K white....23 bucks shipped....we'll see how they look

Cant wait to hear your impression of them.
I'm still on the fence as I cant remember the last time I used the vanity mirrors for anything other than to hold parking Stubs at the Airport.
