Well I just had the tires balanced. All ball joints replaced and an alignment. Truck still has a ridiculous vibration at around 70 mph. Also has all new front brakes and new hub assemblies.

Any ideas?

Is it just in the front end? Can u feel it in your steering wheel? Do you have any cupping on the tires from bad/worn shocks? That will cause vibration. An unbalanced driveshaft can cause vibration also, as well as bad cv joints on 4wd models.

Separating belts on tires or bent/ damaged rim? (Although a decent tire shop should have found either when balancing the rim)

Take the front driveshaft out and see if it still does it.
The front driveshaft is disengauged from the transfer case, however the front axle only disenguages the passenger side tire, so the driversside tire free wheels the diff and front driveshaft.

Other then that I would agree with everyone else.
