Hello new to this forum. I need help. I bought a 2010 Yukon Xl with 112000 miles on it. Runs awesome very clean. Couple of weeks ago it started to vibrate with at idol. It got a ittle worse a couple of days ago. I thought it was bad gas so bought seafoam and put 91 cheveron. Didn't help. So gave it a tune up change plugs and wires that help somewhat. My question is can the mounts be the problem?????. The RPM do not move they stay at 6000 at idol and the truck does great while I drive it, it' only at a stop or in park...someone please help. Thanks

6000 rpm idle is pretty high
anyway aside from thats probably supposed to say 600 you could have a coil pack getting weak. you could get some maf cleaner from auto parts store and give that a good cleaning. just make sure its dry before you plug it back in. actual maf cleanee drys pretty quick but just to be safe. do you have a cel on or do you know if its working? have a parts store scan it just to be sure.

Sorry yes 600 is the correct RPM. Ok I will clean the MAF sensor. There are no lights coming on. Will it let me know once the coil goes bad. I will plug in my scanner to see if I can see anything. I was just wondering if the mounts since it has over 112000 miles on it can go bad. It has tons of power while I drive it it....

Welcome to the forum Jesse. Check your coils, check for vacuum leaks, but it is probably a mount. And if it is a mount, don't skimp, get an OE mount from GM, not aftermarket.

Up here to the right
Test mounts, set ebrake, hold service brake, step on gas...if motor jumps up drivers side is bad, do same in reverse to check passenger side
