Vinyl Cutting

This doesn't necessarily fit in this category, but I have certainly seen some more off topics than this!! So anyway...

I was wondering if anyone here has or has access to a vinyl cutter and would like to make a couple of extra dollars??? I want to get a couple of small decals made up... not for the truck... no need to start hollering about junking up my denali, lol...
