Hey Guys,

I understand the process of vinyl wrapping all the trim on the sides of my tahoe, the only question I have is how much to buy.

In this video, you can see the gentleman at 0:41 have a nice long thin strip for the long piece of trim.

However, at 3:25 you see him use a HUGE piece of vinyl for the back window piece. Does anyone out there know if a thin piece would work for this if you just pull and bend it in the same curvature as the trim piece?

Really, I'm looking for how much gloss black vinyl I'll need to be buying for my 2015 Tahoe.

Thanks

I actually bought some off of eBay. Seems like good quality also. I bought a huge roll for about 40

you might be able to get it around with some heat and working with it but who knows if itll actually stay there for a long period of time. My best advice after working with vinyl and wrapping vehicles would to be use a larger piece and just cut out the trim area.
