Front and rear passenger side speakers are now blown in my truck so i wanna get some new ones all around. Ive been hearing nothing but good reviews about focal speakers and i want to buy speakers that i wont be replacing a couple years down the road. Which would you guys suggest for comps/tweets up front and coax's in the back. Also need to know which would be a good amp to power these. Im not going to be able to buy everything up front but i would like to spend at most $350-400 up front, $250 in back and i guess ill have to spend whatever i need to on an amp thatll work for them. Just recently quit smoking and have been putting the money i would spend on smokes aside and its adding up very quickly so even if i have to buy this stuff piece by piece i dont care. Figured working on stereo equipment in the truck would be a good way to keep my mind off smoking as well so its kind of a win win haha. Any input is appreciated as always.

Just for further info ive got stock speakers all around, Double din Pioneer AVH-4300DVD head unit, Fi SSD12 sub in a temp 1.2cu' sealed box with my Kenwood X1200M wired at 4ohm's (800w rms).

Focal PolyGlass 165vr components up front / Focal polyglass 165CVX in the rear doors. I also have two 10" Mtx Subs .. ALPINE PDX-5 is running them all quite well. RCA's and all speaker wire has been changed to Monster products. I am planning to dynamat the doors and really need to do the rear hatch due to some rattle back there. My friend has polk audio and I have to say his set up also sounds great. CHeck your budget and google wat you want. Amazon has some great prices rather than going to audio store. Good Luck..

I have the 165 polyglass in the front and 165 access in the rear with a JL300/4 running them for almost 5 years now. Not even my W7 with JL1000 will drown them out. really clean sound and sound as well as they did when installed.

I want those Kevlar ones just cause they yellow, but they were $1k when I was building my system and I couldn't tell the difference in sound so not worth it to me.

Just to clarify do you have the 165 polyglass comps up front and the 165 access coax in rear or both comps?

I have polyglass comps up front and 2 way access in the rear. I seem to favor the access more for some reason. They seem to be louder and they are all running off the same amp and the gains are the same. Weird.
