Weather Tech Floor Mats - Coloring?

I have a 09 Tahoe and it was captain seats in the back well i ordered a weather tech set that includes 2 front mats, 1 back and a strip for in-between the seats. I have noticed that the front 2 are exactly the same color as the black vinyl in the interior. The back however looks grayish when compared to the vinyl. I called the company and had them send replacements and the replacements are they exact same way. Is this common with weather tech floor mats? Or do they probably have a bad batch?

Which WT mats? I have their Digital Fit mats (front set, 2nd row one piece, and center aisle between captain's chars) and they're all the same color.

Yeah Digital Fit as well. Ill post a picture later with both of them in the shade. I'm starting to think its a factory defect but it can also be me..?

I had a hard time getting a good picture of the mats with my iphone, but you can tell in this picture. The front is a glossy dark black, while the back is a dull lighter shade of black, almost gray. It was very noticeable when i was in the tahoe and looked back. Passengers noticed it as well. Although last night I sprayed the back with mat with armour all and it did make it darker with a gloss so its harder to notice now.
