I've searched the archives and read endless Weathertech vs. Husky threads, so my apologies for starting yet another one. I want to be very specific. I have a 2008 Yukon Denali regular wheel base NOT XL. I have Weathertech floor liners for the front driver and passenger locations. I want the best CARGO LINER that doesn't slide around and has the best fit. I DO NOT intend to cut out the openings because I will leave the 3rd row seats out. Which is the best option... WeatherTech cargo liner 40306 OR Husky 28251???

I'm not an expert on this topic but Weather Tech does a lot of advertisement on laser fit, and USA made. I don't know anything about the other brand. JMHO hope this helps. Good luck.

We purchased the Husky Liner X-Act fit floor liners and Cargo liner for our 2009 Tahoe LTZ. Very happy with the fit. We did cut out for the third row, and it still provides very good coverage. I felt they were better quality than the WeatherTech.

Thanks for the info. I've been thinking about the WeatherTech but find myself leaning toward the Husky cargo liner. Sounds like the fit is good and you are very happy with it!

Thanks for the feedback. I have WeatherTech liners in front driver and passenger sides, but I just ordered Husky X-Act fit for the second row and a Husky Weatherbeater cargo mat for the back. After much research I compared the two cargo mats and the biggest aspect I noticed is that in order to accommodate third row seating, the WeatherTech cargo mat required much larger cutouts versus the Husky cargo mat that allows for more precise/small cutouts for the same areas, thus giving more mat coverage. I will leave the third row out for the winter but add it back for summer and fall. There were mixed reviews on the WeatherTech second row liner with a theme of it curling on the edges over time, whereas the Husky X-Act fit is more of a rubber material that lays flat and also has nubs on the bottom to hold it in place. So, I am going to be a WeatherTech / Husky hybrid for now. We'll see how it goes. I might be swayed over to Husky X-Act on the front liners too at some point because I like the softer feel, but I just cannot justify the cost of replacing the WeatherTech liners, which is also a great product. I REALLY like my no-drill WeatherTech molded mud flaps I added a few months ago! Super easy to install with no drilling required and they look really sharp!
