These pics are from my garage right after pulling the tape off, so the clear is still wet. Some primer somehow got through all my layers of plastic to the right of the front emblem, any idea how to get that off?

The process:
1) tape everything off and covered large area
2) sanded emblems with 300 grit sandpaper
3) It took 5 coats of sandable primer to cover the black border of the front emblem
4) sanded primer with 600 grit sandpaper
5) 3 coats of base color
6) 3 coats of gloss clear
7) remove tape very carefully

Debadging is a pain on the NNBS for the rear. Getting that applique off takes a bit of luck with the spinning nuts and would be more expensive than what I did. I have $35 in all into this plus my time. All in all, it's probably 2.5 hours worth of time not counting all the waiting for stuff to dry.

To debadge the front would require a new grille. Basically, this is the inexpensive way.

what you want to do is get a (cleaner wax or a medium to diamond cut compound) and work that area LIGHTLY.. let the material do the cutting and it will remove the primer. then once it is gone wipe clean and apply 2 good coats of Carnubal gold wax to the cross bar and your good.. if you were close i would buff it out free in about 5 min..
