I understand that the 2000 year model yukons had that rubber flapping sounds on either side of the windshield. After reading and performing the modifications required to stop this,it seems mine still do the same thing? Any further repair I should try as I've already double side tapped the rubber piece under both pillars?

Do you have a Bug Shield or Bug Deflector on your hood? If so, that's the root of your problem. I was in the same boat as you, chasing down a flapping or chattering noise that was around the windshield at highway speeds. I too tried to make damn sure that all the rubber trim was COMPLETELY secured in place yet it did not help. Someone told me that the Bug Deflector creates turbulence and the turbulence is exactly what you are hearing. I removed the Bug Deflector to test that theory, and low and behold that solved the problem. I ended up leaving the Bug Deflector off for good, and I never heard that flapping noise ever again.
