UPDATE:

SO i got my truck up on stands adn took off the wheel where i think the sound is coming from. i got one caliper bolt off and the other was rounded off. i tried everything i could with no luck. from under the truck i saw the parking brake on the opposite rear wheel looking crusty and rusty. the one on the wheel i think its coming from looks about the same. do you guys think it could be the parking brake making the sound? thats the horse shoe looking thing no? since i cant get past the damn caliper pins, im gonna take the truck in and have them change the pads and see what they tell me since i already bought some wagner pads might as well change them out.20170706_131433.jpg 20170703_152231_HDR.jpg

Part of the splash shield has rusted off, looks like some part of it rubbing against rotor. The splash shield should completely cover the inside of the rotor

got it in the shope today. they were able to get the caliper bolts off after some elbow grease and lots of heat lol the brake pads were worn down to the clips. the mechanic thought it was this along with a rusting dust shield. long story short one of the calipers were also leaking. had brakes changed and caliper replaced. mechanic took off rusting dust shield. sound still there but noticebly lower, going back later this week. will update.

rudt shield came off still making sound. elder mechanic took it for a ride and off listening he found it to be a muffler heat shield. got it up replaced, tightened some loose bolts, and now shes quiet.
