It seems my drivers side floor beneath the mat is always damp, never soaked though. wind shield has been replaced and no change. Door boot is good and it appears the e brake one as well. Does anyone know what runs through that gasket that's in the floor pan there?

Yeah your condenser may be clogged and not allowing it to drain outside. Idk how it would get to the drivers side though.

When did they put the condenser on the left side of an u.s. based 2004 tahoe above the parking brake system?

Never said it was on the driver's side.
