Ok, so i've been doing some research and ive decided on what i'll be doing to my truck. Its a 2000 Tahoe 4WD. I have good fabrication and welding skills and the plan is on the front, I'll make brackets and install the front airbags on top of the control arms kind of the same way the Chassis Tech kit is and move the shocks out a little, and on the rear i'll just install them where the factory coil springs are. My question is; I measured the rear springs and they are 12 inches tall and 6 inches wide, so what weight and size bags should i get for the rears, Obviously they will be 6 inch wide but how about height and weight? do i need 12 inch tall bags when they are inflated? and when you are talking about weight, i was looking at these 2500 or 2600lb bags does that mean that each bag can handle 2500 or 2600lb of weight? just need to know what exsactly to get. Not looking to slam my truck but maybe lower 3-4 inches and get read of wheel gap. Any input will be awesome. Thanks in advance,
Here's the 2 kits i was looking at, Am I in the right track?

you are goin to have to decide how low you want the truck to sit and desired ride height. the base your mount height from there. i would try to run a 2600lb if possible, more air volume will ride better. a bag is 3" when compressed so jack the axle up until you reach where you want it layed out . then measure. make your cup height that distance minus 3".

check out this kit. it should do exactly what you want. a little pricey. but well worth it. no guess work

Thanks alot man, so 2600lb means that each airbag can handle 2600lb of weight right? or both airbags will do 2600lb?

I dunno it all depends and what you plan on doing... If ur just looking to replace the springs with bags I would do with 2500 bags or the 6" bags

The front was torsion bar brackets welded to the frame and DJM lower arms... My DJM lower arms are for sale... I am actually working on a bolt on rear kit with a adjustable pan hard bar...
