I got a lead on a 6.0 lq9, with wiring harness for the cheap! like 500 cheap. my question is do I buy it and throw it in, or do I buy it and spend some time to build it up? new gaskets headers or what?

my 5.3 only has 135xxx on it, surely I can sell it for about the same money and break even before I do whatever upgrades to it
