Thanks for asking j91!

pretty sure its coming out the exhaust, so headgasket is what I am anticipating..

got a btr 7 layer headgasket and gm headbolts and some intake/exhaust gaskets.

Going to order h3 motor mounts from amazon ($230 each)

hoping to get started soon..
IIRC you have the 6.2, yes? The 823 heads have had some cracking problems over the years as well. When you get them off, perhaps an inspection might be in order at a machine shop?

I have a small leak near front left by radiator reddish fluid. Is it most proabsly trans fluid. Trying to isolate it. Trans fluid down a lttle. Any suggestions?
not unless it is moving left from under the radiator, transmission fluid is on the right. more likely you have a small crack in the plastic which is very common

You mean the radiator is cracked?
the plastic tanks on the sides tend to get hairline cracks, use a flashlight and look all over closely for any redish/orange tinged spots, look up from under neath and down from the top, maybe unbolt the 2 bolts on the fan shroud and tilt it back some to get a better view.
can also remove the plastic cover on the top that has the plastic clips, just a use a small flat head screw driver and pull the center part up then the plastic retainer can be pulled out
