All depends on how long the car seat was in it, and how big the baby/toddler was. Had one in my T bird years ago--had leather--and it was indented and squashed for awhile. I sold the car and you could still see where it was. It looked better, but you could still see it.I had a car seat in mine and it didn't look anything like that when I took it out.
