what is inside the back trim, above the rear tire

on the passenger side, above the rear tire. behind the plastic trim.
guessing its the hvac for the rear, but even when fan off, ive got a rythmic clicking coming from there.
before i rip into it, what am i looking at, looking for?

i haven't opened it up yet, but what would be running that is clicking? i don't have the rear ac or heat on. is there something that just constantly circulates air?

one of the actuator is stuck or has a broken gear and keeps clicking. Probably the one that controls hot to cold.

Michael, in the picture you have provided, is that the BCM under the second row drivers side seat and is that the common place for BCMs in different years?

so i pulled the trim panels off, but didnt see anything obvious. but when i turn on the rear system, turned to heat. still blowing cold from those vents. My guess is its the actuator. Does anyone have a part # for the rear blend door actuator. I had it chicken scratched on a paper and naturally lost it.
