What is the name of the color of my interior?

I've got a grey interior in my 04 Tahoe and trashed a bezel. So I'm ordering a new one from the gmpartsdirect but cannot figure out what the 'actual' color is?

Pewter, neutral, graphite???

Again, it's a light grey interior. Any help would be awesome, I feel worthless trying to order a $10 piece of plastic.

I've got a gray bezel for a '00 NBS. Not sure if the openings are the same tho. I could send a pic if you want.

It's probably Shale. And i have a bezel out of my 05.

Thanks, it's the bezel that goes on the side of the driver's seat though. It surrounds the 12 way electric functions, the heel of my boot caught it and split it in half. Luckily these are only around $10 online.

OH. not the dash. actually, now that i think about it, Shale is the grey/beige/tan mix. best way to find your interior would be by VIN.

From your description, more than likely it is pewter, shale if it is slightly lighter than the dash top...

...take a look inside your glovebox for the RPO label to tell for sure. Near the bottom are the paint/interior color codes:

Pewter - 92I
Neutral (Tan) - 52I
Shale - 15I

Sorry to bring up an old thread here but does anyone know where I can get a spray can of the interior color? My interior RPO code is 92I, although when i pull the overhead DVD down it has a sticker on it that has the word shale in part of it..... either way, I know there are shale pieces and pewter items. Anything has got to look better than a black overhead.
