Are those 3 buttons? Have you pushed any yet? @Joseph Garcia just found a strange button himself lol. Does it have any wiring attached?

Yesb3 buttons and a red light just googled after posting and may be an old school garage opener what are your thoughts

Not really sure. Could be anything. Have you tried tracing wires?

My house lights keep flickering.

Just drive down the street and push buttons and see if any garage doors open. Run like hell when it opens though.
