Sure would help to know the year, make, model and engine size, unless you are of the opinion that every part from a 2000 to 2006 are completely interchangeable and never have to worry about that detailed info. I am digging at you a little because pics are great but that info helps me and others look for the part to give you the name of it, like you wanted. I can see a PCV valve in it but but just "PCV Hose" is likely not gonna help you find the correct one. May be able to get at a salvage yard if you want another used one.

I figured out how to create a signature, sorry about that. For some reason I could not find a replacement line, but found out it goes to PCV valve, O'Reilly's suggest just use a generic hose, which I did. The vehicle is back up and going and running as it should.

Great job on the signature. You want to bear in mind that the hose you use now should be one that is ok with oil traveling thru it. If it is not, while it will work for now, it may come apart quicker than normal oil hose would. I am glad it is working and running fine but I would check on that to be sure.

I believe that line is a “vent” line from valves, just air and marine a little oil. The line is rated for that. I think I’m fine. :)

You likely will be fine, as you said. I just like to be sure about things like that. Good call.
