What programmer to get?

[Summit 700]

I have a 2011 Yukon xl 2500 with the 6.0l. I will be putting larger tires on soon and want a programmer that can adjust the tire size to keep the speedo accurate. I also want performance gains so I can still pull trailers with ease. What is your opinions of the best programmer out there now. Had hypertech on my 00 Yukon 6.0 and it was ok but not real noticeable power. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks
