What size tire mostly high driving - 2.5/1 level

Need recommendations for tire sizes to go with my level 2.5/1. I do mostly highway driving. - stock tahoe wheels.


Tire most likely either the Nitto G2 or Toyo AT2

275/60/20
285
295
305/50/20
